Cancellation/Change

At theHUBnoho studios, we follow a strict 24hr cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations occuring 24hr or more before the originally scheduled start time are free.

  • Cancellations 1–24hr before the originally scheduled start time incur a fee equal to 50% of the original booking price.*

  • Cancellations 1hr or less before the originally schedule start time  (including no-shows) will be responsible for paying 100% of the original booking price. 

  • Reservations made same-day are considered “locked bookings” and are subject to the guidelines outlined above.

  • All cancellations and changes must be made via email to be accepted.

 

*To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, we allow guests to reschedule one (1) time per booking 1hr or more before the scheduled start time:

  • Guests must re-book within one (2) week of the originally scheduled booking.

  • The rescheduled booking price must be greater than or equal to the original booking price.

  • All re-bookings are subject to studio availability. If no applicable studio space is available within one (2) week, customers must either keep the original booking time or pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original booking price.

  • Guests may NOT cancel or reschedule a previously rescheduled booking. Canceling a rescheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the original booking price.

Payment 

  • All bookings require a working/funded credit card or debit card on file.

  • Bookings must be paid in full prior to the scheduled start time. 

  • All guests are responsible for keeping the card(s) on file current and accurate. theHUBnoho studios retains the right to close any accounts that become delinquent. 

  • theHUBnoho utilizes MindBody as its reservation system, including the storage of payment methods. If you have any questions pertaining the security of MindBody, you can contact them at privacy@mindbodyonline.com

  • If a guest finishes a booking earlier than anticipated, they are still responsible for paying for the full amount of time originally reserved.

Studio Use

  • Open classes are NOT allowed at theHUBnoho studios.

  • Guests may utilize rented space for private classes provided they do NOT advertise the class anywhere (including on social media).

  • Workshops are allowed for bookings that are a minimum of three (3) hours in length.

  • Open auditions are NOT allowed.

  • Closed auditions are allowed and are subject to the following conditions:

    • The maximum number of people allowed is twenty (20) people.

    • Due to fire regulations, theHUBnoho cannot have people filling the hallways or other public spaces. If a customer expects more than 15 auditionees in attendance, they must book an applicable holding space to use. All auditionees must stay in either the reserved or holding space throughout the duration of the audition.

    • theHUBnoho studios will not provide any additional staff to facilitate the operation of an audition. 

  • theHUBnoho expects all guests to complete and vacate the reserved studio space at the time agreed:

    • Should a guest desire to extend their booking, they must first inquire with a staff member as to the space’s availability.

    • theHUBnoho allows extensions in increments of thirty (30) minutes or more.

General Guidelines

  • Guest may NOT enter the studio space of another guest. 

  • If the booking immediately preceding yours is running late, please notify the staff of theHUBnoho for assistance. 

  • Guests are responsible for requesting extra time if they desire. Otherwise, guests must finish at the originally scheduled time.

  • theHUBnoho studios will not be held liable for any stolen or lost personal items.  

  • Guests are responsible for paying for any damaged or stolen property of theHUBnoho studios. 

  • theHUBnoho will not tolerate disrespectful or degrading behavior towards staff members or other guests. 

  • theHUBnoho retains the right to shut down any booking if the guest is deemed to be in violation of any of the above stated policies.

  • theHUBnoho retains the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
